What Your Registration Fee Covers

Unlike other conferences, Project Horseshoe is completely self-contained. The fee covers everything from the time we pick you up at the San Antonio airport to the time we drop you back off including: Conference Fees and Registration, Three Nights' Lodging, Three Texas-sized Meals Daily, Drinks and Snacks, Airport Shuttle Service, All Gratuities and Taxes, Conference Materials, A Copy of the Final Project Horseshoe Report, Access to Top Industry Leaders, Stimulating Roundtables, Small Group Sessions, Brainstorming Sessions, Opening Night Reception, Late Night Games Sessions, and Much More!

Registration Dates and Rates for 2017

All registration periods begin at 10:00 AM and end at midnight, Central Time, U.S.

4/6 - 5/10, Early Alumni-only Registration

--- Double Occupancy $2095 per person

5/11 - 9/8, Early Registration
--- Single Occupancy $2445
--- Double Occupancy $2245 per person

9/9 - 10/6, Regular Registration
--- Single Occupancy $2545
--- Double Occupancy $2345 per person

10/7 - full, Late Registration
--- Single Occupancy $2645
--- Double Occupancy $2445 per person

If you would like Double Occupancy, FIND A ROOMMATE FIRST, THEN REGISTER
If you select Double Occupancy you will be required to provide your roommate's name when you register

Arrival and Departure

Please plan to fly into the San Antonio, TX, airport and arrive before 4:00 PM on Thursday and fly out anytime Sunday after 10:00 AM if you would like to utilize our free shuttle service.

Shuttles will run from 1:00 PM-4:00 PM on Thursday. If you choose to arrive after 4:00 PM on Thursday, you will want to rent a car or take a taxi, but be advised that a taxi will cost about $135+ each way. There is an optional town hall meeting Sunday morning from 9:00 AM-10:00 AM.  Most attendees fly out Sunday between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of registration. Our online payments are processed securely with PayPal, but you do not need to log in to PayPal in order to pay. AMEX, Visa, and Mastercard payments can be made online. If you need help with the payment process, please contact us and we will take care of you.

Occasionally (but not frequently), due to PayPal's anti-fraud measures, there is a delay of up to 24 hours for a transaction to complete. This results in a delay in your receiving your registration confirmation email. Don't fret.

You will receive an email from PayPal confirming your payment.  The subject line of the PayPal email will be "Your payment to Fat Labs, Inc." and the payment will show up in your credit card records as PAYPAL *BBQ PH.

Because of the nature of this event (only 50 attendees, all-inclusive) the registration fee is not refundable, but it is transferable. Attendee switches must be made prior to 10/20/17. Switches made after that date are subject to a $250 fee.
