Early Registration opens at 10:00 AM, Central Time, U.S., on April 3. If you are a Project Horseshoe alumna/alumnus, you need to log in to register. If you are an alumna/alumnus and you do not have login credentials, please contact Linda. New attendees will register using a Registration Code.
What Does Your Registration Fee Cover?
Unlike other conferences, Project Horseshoe is completely self-contained. The fee covers everything from the time we pick you up at the San Antonio airport to the time we drop you back off including: Conference Fees and Registration, Three Nights' Lodging, Three Texas-sized Meals Daily, Drinks and Snacks, Airport Shuttle Service, All Gratuities and Taxes, Conference Materials, A Copy of the Final Project Horseshoe Report, Access to Top Industry Leaders, Stimulating Roundtables, Small Group Sessions, Brainstorming Sessions, Opening Night Reception, Late Night Games Sessions, and Much More! The registration fee is not refundable, but it is transferable. Attendee switches must be made prior to 10/19/18. Switches made after that date are subject to a $250 fee.
